Dia menjadikan kamu dalam perut ibumu kejadian demi kejadian dalam tiga kegelapan. yang (berbuat) demikian itu adalah Allah, Tuhan kamu, Tuhan yang mempunyai kerajaan. tidak ada Tuhan selain dia; Maka bagaimana kamu dapat dipalingkan? He created you (all) from a single person: then created, of like nature, his mate; and he sent down for you eight head of cattle in pairs: He makes you, in the wombs of your mothers, in stages, one after another, in three veils of darkness. such is Allah, your Lord and Cherisher: to Him belongs (all) dominion. There is no god but He: then how are ye turned away (from your true Centre)?  Mukjizat Al-Quran yang lain yang dapat dipastikan melalui ilmu pengetahuan modern saat ini. Dikatakan dalam ayat tersebut janin dalam perut seorang ibu berada dalam tiga kegelapan, yang dalam dunia kedokteran tiga kegelapan ini diartikan sebagai tiga lapisan (membran) padat yang tidak tembus cahaya, air, atau panas. Adapun lapisan atau selaput ini adalah amnion, chorionic membrane, dan yolk sac. Apakah pada zaman Nabi Muhammad SAW sudah memiliki USG (UltraSonography) untuk tahu hal ini?
